Our pals at Bloody Disgusting released this today:

Exclusive: After being hinted in a previous press release, we did a little digging and scored some info on Larry Fessenden‘s latest genre project.

Shooting this August in Connecticut, producer-writer-director-actor Fessenden gets back behind the camera for the creature feature Beneath, which he’ll produce through his Glass Eye Pix. Fessenden directed Habit, Wendigo and The Last Winter. He also produced The Innkeepers, House of the Devil, Stake Land and 30+ other films.

Penned by Tony Daniel and Brian D. Smith, here’s the plot crunch we fished out: The story will follow six kids stranded on a rowboat who are attacked by a man-eating fish. The horror takes a page out of Hitchock’s book as, in order to survive, the kids one-by-one vote each other off the boat.

The project is set to premiere on Chiller at a later date.
