In a tradition dating back to one of Glass Eye Pix’s early missions to document performance artists like The Impact Addict, Fessenden is chronicling the “personal project” of Robert Leaver (co-writer The Last Winter) as he crawls from the Southern tip of Manhattan up Broadway to his home in Washington Heights. The crawl, which commenced on Halloween 2013 and will continue into the winter, ten or fifteen blocks at a time, once or twice a week, defies easy categorization and invites interpretation.
